StrategicBI offers two programme. The first programme is aimed at improving decision-making support. The second programme, is aimed at improving front line customer experience within retail, call center and helpdesk environments. StrategicBI   offers decision support programmes that contributes towards better understanding of decision making requirements and profiling decision makers. The programmes ensures that the right information is delivered to the right decision maker at the right time in the preferred format using the most appropriate technology. StrategicBI  runs a Customer Experience Front Line Improvement Programme. This programme runs across all customer touchpoints towards positive impact on agent behaviour, customer experience, and management practises. The programme aims to improve Net Promoters Scores, Average Call Handling time, First Call Resolution and reduce the creation of service requests.
