The Customer Experience Implementation is preceded by the customer experience research. It requires changes to existing processes and may have a technology change or configuration impact. It may also require the design and implementation of scripting and training for the stakeholders.
BI MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
We specialize in the creation of Business Intelligence Competency Centers with a specific focus on supporting and maintaining decision-making structures. The functions incorporates a BI Helpdesk, BI Business Analysis, Back End Development, and Front End Development. BI Communication and Portal development forms part of this function.
